Start with a Solid Foundation

A Pivotal Phase in a Project’s Lifecycle

Front End Engineering Design (FEED) is a crucial phase for any project. This phase serves as the bridge between concept and detailed engineering, and outlines critical procedures like Requests for Information (RFI), control-of-work, and safety plans, reviews designs, financial, and execution strategies, and ensures the pieces of a project will fit together to become a successful operation. The team at Sancon will work closely with your project’s leadership from the start, implementing industry-best procedures and processes developed by our own technical writers.

Move the Schedule to the Left

Sancon Commissioning excels at helping projects shift left – that is, identifying problems early and solving them before they happen, allowing the schedule to ‘shift left’ and deliver projects earlier. Our FEED services are fit-for-purpose, and we can tailor a plan suited to your project’s specific goals. From project controls and estimates to procedures and packages development, the Sancon team will ensure your project’s operational readiness requirements are met and future issues are prevented.

About Us

Your Partner in Planning

Effective planning also requires the detailed development of project-specific procedures and control systems. This includes the creation of Project Execution Control of Work procedures such as Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, writing detailed functional and facility performance test procedures and guidelines, and developing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) guidelines and piping system integrity testing work packs to ensure system reliability and safety. Our team will also develop safe operating practices and technical training programs, handle drafting services for Issued for Approval (IFA) documents, redlines, and as-built drawings to ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation. At Sancon Commissioning, there’s no such thing as being too prepared.
