Sancon Commissioning was founded in 2006 by Dennis Killoran and Brian Douglas on the fundamental belief that industry needed a better, more comprehensive solution to resolve inefficiencies and costly overruns that were primarily due to ineffective commissioning practices.
Since 1992, their combined experience working on major energy projects clearly demonstrated to them a need to develop fully integrated and comprehensive commissioning solutions. Their experience enabled them to recognize that project commissioning requirements required a disciplined, integrated and specialized approach to reduce costs and produce Better Project Outcomes. They proceeded to build a multi-disciplinary team with trained staffing, ISO-based processes and procedures to provide a Best Practices template for project success.
