Sancon provides a skilled and experienced commissioning team to develop a detailed workplan for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-Up. Our Team will integrate into your existing team, and will lead or assist in managing the CSU work in the field. We provide our own custom web based completion software (SCS), which is the system that drives productivity, manages results, and provides full transparency to our customers. Sancon’s proven Quality Assurance Procedures combined with our Sancon Integrated Management System (SIMS) and the superior effectiveness of our tenured and specially trained Commissioning teams will continually demonstrate our proven project success and track record.

Sancon Commissioning was founded in 2005 by Dennis Killoran and Brian Douglas on the fundamental belief that industry needed a better, more comprehensive solution to resolve inefficiencies and costly overruns that were primarily due to ineffective commissioning practices. Since 1992, their combined experience working in the On and Off Shore Oil and Gas industry clearly demonstrated to them a need to develop fully integrated and comprehensive commissioning solutions. Their experience enabled them to recognize that insufficient commissioning specific skillsets, inconsistent standards and work practices, insufficient integration with construction and engineering and ineffective and unproductive commissioning management practices were all areas of opportunity to significantly reduce costs and improve the overall success of projects.
Since 2005, Sancon has successfully improved the commissioning outcomes of over 258 projects throughout Canada and locations around the world. Our dedicated and long serving workforce of highly skilled commissioning professionals benefit from our combined commissioning experience, processes and practices that are governed by our commitment to ISO delivering consistency, performance and excellence on every project.

Since receiving its ISO 9001-2015 certification, Sancon has encouraged and promoted a culture of continuous improvement, resulting in the refinement of processes and practices derived from millions of hours of commissioning experience.
